This weekend I was the luckiest to be a part of the most beautiful and personal wedding I've ever attended. Katie and Brandon could not be more perfect for one another and this weekend I was brought to tears by the genuineness of their love. They inspire me.
The ceremony itself was incredible. Personal and gorgeous. The weather was perfect, their decorating was too cute, and the love expressed from the heart.
The party afterward? Exactly as it should have been - full of fun, laughter, wine, and friendship! A hay ride followed by dinner and a night of dancing? YES PLEASE!
There was one moment when I stepped outside during the dollar dance and was reminded how truly lucky I am.
Two of my closest friends were celebrating their love inside, the sounds of laughter and music could be heard from inside, and the air outside was calm. Looking up at the stars and savoring the country autumn air I realized I was exactly where I needed to be. There is no where else I would have rather been.
I am the luckiest to have the Neils as friends, to now count their family and friends as friends, and to be surrounded by love that is pure and true.
