SNOW DAY (#2)

After having a snow day Friday, the weekend, and now a snow day Monday I was much less productive with my time.  Sure you could argue that I am already ready to go for my lessons the next few days and didn't need to spend time planning, but seriously?  I always have things to do - - always.

I did work on a few of them - finishing up some new sheets for my word work lessons, prepping some new reading fluency assessments to give whenever we finally are back in school, looking ahead at the next math units I'll be teaching (note - I only looked at them, as in, to see what they were - I did nothing else), napping for 3 hours, losing a few brain cells watching Wendy Williams, and doing some logic puzzles to regain those brain cells.

Did I work on my personal statement for my master's program application?  TECHNICALLY - yes.  I opened a word document, copy and pasted the prompt, and maybe typed 4 words.  I was more interested in being lazy The ideas just weren't flowing today!

Here's to a tv-filled productive night!
