Winter Wreath

The idea for this month's wreath came from Pinterest and was originally posted looking like this:

GORGEOUS - right?!?

I sure thought so.  So I wanted to try and recreate it.  Mine ended up looking similar, but I used a blue velvet for the little rosettes and made my rosettes much smaller than the flowers on the original.  I also used a lot more little pearls.  Why?  Because I was having a lot of fun sticking them in (I just used pearl topped pins - they stuck just perfectly into the foam core of the wreath!!)
